Net Solutions Day Out : Year End Party 2007
Net Solutions celebrated year end with great gusto in traditional environment at Fort Ramgarh, near Panchkula. The employees started arriving at the venue from 11 AM onwards. Some employees used the bus from Net Solutions office to Ramgarh and back. A lot of employees [with spouses and kids] came on their own as well. Some of the highlights of the day were:
- The venue was decorated with traditional splendor
- The highlight of the day were some of the dedications [along with the songs played with the dedications] which ranged from naughty to die hard friendship odes to sentimental memory of old office to deliciously romantic
- In addition, there was a nicely put together puppet show which was captured in number of mobile phones
- Fun games which were won by following teams/ employees:
- Tug of war: QA team was overall winner along with Male spouses winning over the female spouses team
- Musical chairs: Rochak from QA team
- Lemon race: Kundan won the Project Managers Race and Harpreet won the general race
- Rajasthani lunch rounded off a nice lunch and great day

All in all, a great day and everyone enjoyed themselves thoroughly.

I think the party was ok - not that good. The previous ones have been better. People can call it relaxing but energy is the word which was totally absent in the party. I won’t call it party it was rather a g2g. This party could be much more energy and enthu than this. This party reminded me of oldies party, only the scotch was missing otherwise it was party meant for oldies.
It was a really good party, enjoyable and slow paced. It actually was relaxing. The food [not that I tried it] and ambiance was good. Overall, a different kind of a new year party.
It was an excellent combination of tradition with modernization. Puppet show with DJ was incredible. Games seems enjoyable ..
because I haven’t played any… Overall a nice efforts by NetSoul people to helps us enjoy and relax.
Was a great event……… as being part of the organizing team “NetSoul” it was fun arranging an event like this as it was totally different from what we have done previously. It was an event filled with games, music and lot more and we hoped to have more interaction between all employees of Net Solutions. It is not easy to meet everyones expectation but we tried and got a good response….. so people wait for something different and great again in our next party …………
Thanks All!! We will try to improve it next time. This was an experiment and I guess we are successful in this to some extent.
