Scrum Unconference at Hyderabad was a resounding success. A large proportion of signatories actually turned up and a day of intense discussions using Open Space Rules saw everyone carrying back at least something new. The Unconference was organized at Hotel Central Court and discussed various topics like Metrics, Fixed price projects, Effort Estimation and Distributed Teams.
