First Scrum Alliance Event in India!

Scrum Unconference - a day of discussion, arguments, laughter, questions and suggestions from fellow Scrum users, is being held in Central Court Hotel, Hyderabad on January 12, 2008. Like Scrum itself, the 100 odd participants are going to self-organize and self-manage using Open Space techniques, Bar Camp-style. Some of the topics that would be discussed include multi-location Scrum, testing practices, working with non-Scrum teams, the role of manager in Scrum, challenges with Scrum, how to be a great ScrumMaster. There would also be a unique Scrum clinic, where participants can come describe their Scrum symptoms, and together the group will brainstorm on cures the person could try.
